At Members Only, we want you to be completely satisfied with your iconic outerwear and apparel. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Members Only hangtags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
